INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cup old fashioned oats, ground
¾ cup brown rice flour
¾ cup garbanzo & fava flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
½ cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
1 cup Stevia
½ cup coconut sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 egg whites
8 Tbsp (½ cup) Enjoy Life chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375*. In a large bowl combine applesauce, yogurt, Stevia, coconut sugar, vanilla and egg whites; stir until blended. Stir in oats, flours and baking soda until well blended. Add chocolate chips.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Drop the cookie dough by the teaspoonful onto the cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
