Ingredients:
3 oz canned albacore tuna, drained
1/3 Hass avocado, mashed
1.5 teaspoons nonfat plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl using a fork until blended.
Serve on whole grain bread or wrap or on a lettuce wrap.
