I have been using Apple Cider Vinegar for a while, for cooking, marinating and on salads. I ran into a friend in Whole Foods one day and I inspected her shopping cart, out of habit lol! She had a bottle of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar Ginger Spice drink. She said it was her favorite so of course I had to get one. Well…so began my daily ritual! After drinking one or two daily I decided I needed a more cost efficient way to go so I decided to make my own. It’s not exact but close enough. I make it fresh each day. It is refreshing and energizing and even keeps my energy levels up through my workouts.

Apple Cider Vinegar Ginger Drink
1 serving
3 Tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
16 oz cold water
¼ tsp fresh grated ginger
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
4-5 drops liquid Stevia

Blend all ingredients in a blender. Add ice or chill in refrigerator. Enjoy!
